I don't think the cards are that bad on this occasion. Hernandez could have been 4 rounds up with a 10-7 in one. There were quite a few other debatable rounds too. One of those fights where scorecards that are reasonable don't go any way to explaining what took place.

 

I scored 4 for Hernandez. At a push, I'd give him 6 rounds. 6 rounds plus those 2 knockdowns would be 114-112, which I think would be an acceptable scorecard. Anything more than that seems a bit too much though in my book. Won't call the fight a robbery as there were close rounds that could go either way and you need to take into consideration the 10-7 round, but 116-110 can get tae ****.

I do admire that Cunningham said in the post-fight interview that while he feels he's still the best cruiserweight, that Hernandez bested him tonight. Cunningham's a classy dude.

 

Buncey's right...Hernandez had a 10-7 rounds and sweeped the early rounds and the 12th. Give him a few of the close rounds and it's a clear win.
