    I'm not too satisfied, I injured my knee last week and my left shoulder has weird pains which may be overtraining. That's the reason I only did circuits and the likes for the last few days. I'm in the gym again tonight though and I hope to get some sparring rounds in.

    Tue Mar 24 (morning)

    40 minutes of jump rope
    2x3 shadowboxing
    5 minutes stretch

    Intensity very low, I always feel bad after taking days off lately hence the workout.

    FIGHT NIGHT!!!!!!

    I feel good, energy levels are okay. I can't really eat or drink until the weigh in because I'm right at the 140 mark but it's not bothering me at all. I'm hungry but full of energy, let's hope it stays that way.

    Was just noticing your training dosent ease of, wind down when approaching fight night. Was your sparring the last week/few days before just a "move" rather than general sparring ?

    I will start a Log/Thread tomorrow, ****it, why not ! ! !
