I'm not too satisfied, I injured my knee last week and my left shoulder has weird pains which may be overtraining. That's the reason I only did circuits and the likes for the last few days. Sat Apr 4 FIGHT NIGHT!!!!!! I feel good, energy levels are okay. I can't really eat or drink until the weigh in because I'm right at the 140 mark but it's not bothering me at all. I'm hungry but full of energy, let's hope it stays that way.
All the best bro ( u have maybe won by now ) Was just noticing your training dosent ease of, wind down when approaching fight night. Was your sparring the last week/few days before just a "move" rather than general sparring ? I will start a Log/Thread tomorrow, ****it, why not ! ! ! :thumbsup
