No a speed rope, and yes non stop at high speed. My ankle is killing me now, I'll probably be out for a few days I can't even walk right now.
The most embarrassing thing I will admit is that I can't skip for ****. How the **** can I ever start boxing if I can't even warm up? I suck. :-(
