As mentioned in another thread I've been enlisted into the nationals (c-class) despite being injured (neglecting the 6 to 8 week resting period my doctor ordered). I decided to try it anyway because it's my last chance. I'm a bit overweight so that is issue number one, fightweight will be 140 lbs as usual. Todays weight: 66 kg / 145.5 lbs

RDJ long time, i have decided to start a new log as my motivation is at an all time low had a peak to see how you are doing and noticed the pics looking in good nic by the way, did you do a before and 6 months later thing or just posted them up im gonna take some pics and after my training gets good for 4 to 6 months post some more, need some motivation man, father time is taking over god damn it
