My cycling is to get from A to B. The bike I'm on isn't exactly a racer either, it's a 10 year old bike weighing a ****ing ton, carrying an extra ton of rust, and only the top gear works. It includes pedalling through head on winds with a 25 pound bag on your back.

Just buy a new bike mate, you strike me as a tight person with your money. I can imagine you to be like that.
I don't have money. In fact I have a negative amount of money and I'm kinda in big trouble at the moment. But enough about that this is a training log and I intend to stay focused.

Thu Sep 9 Sick, ****ing flu. Fri Sep 10 Sick, ****ing flu. Sat Sep 11 Sick, ****ing flu. Sun Sep 12 20 mile cycle. Still felt like **** but had to get out of the house. Mon Sep 13 6.2 mile cycle 20 minutes jump rope 2x3 shadow boxing 6x3 heavy bag 3x2 pad work, high intensity 3x2 sparring 15 minutes cooling down 6.2 mile cycle Felt quite slow and lethargic but it's getting better.
