Let's say that Floyd loses his next two or so fights, how much smaller would his cheques be?

Dude earns around, what? $30 Million per fight? And obviously he'd still be an attraction to most people, so just how much smaller would his cheques be?

His earning power isn't tied to his undefeated record. If anything Floyd on the comeback trail would sell the **** out of the fight. Tyson earned more money for his rematch with Holyfield than he did on the first fight.

So there are too many variables to list.

It would still be very high. If anything, it could be higher than usual. After a loss people would die to see how he performs coming back from it.

As long as he hit the big stage, it's difficult to go down in terms of $. Whenever he fights everyone will know.

That 0 does wonders for him. A lot of people tune-in, even against mismatches like Ortiz, in hope that that 0 "might" go.

Precisely why i was thinking that his money would go down a notch or two IF he got defeated in the near future ;-)

The "0" is one of a kind really. He has fought top competition; check the rankings for his last 6 years worth of opponents. All are top 3 in the division or top 10 in the world, at the time he fought them.
