You are using common sense here mate, this is not how his brain functions. What you must do when you hate a fighter is think of everyone he hasn't fought and spend every second of your day posting on multiple threads calling him a coward.

Sep/Oct 13 - Maidana: W-TKO9

May 14 - Canelo: L-TKO4

Late 14 - Canelo: W-SD

Summer 15 - Pac W-UD

Retire.

 

Think if he can stay close to his current level, this list sounds about right. But I suspect we might continue to see a noticeable decline, so whether Floyd want's to stick around for another 6 fights, we'll have to wait and see. Somehow I doubt it.

Firstly you said this wouldnt be a blockbuster fight,maybe not in a oscar/floyd huge ticket seller as ward isnt ppv friendly but this fight would grip hardcore and casual alike i have no doubt.
Next you say when has a welter ever jumped to super middle and then say floyd came in at 151 in his last fight,clearly not in the welter limit then.His next mooted next fight is against a big light middle in saul alvarez so he is obviously happy at the higher weight.

Then you say a stone is a massive difference,well yes of course but i dont expect them to weigh in a stone apart.Much more likely to fight at 160,which ironically ward has said in the last month he will come down to to fight floyd.Floyd will not go to 160 no but he could make the weigh in difference only a few pounds.

I know that their fight night weights would be hugely different but there are vast differences in every division under the current system and fighters in the wrong division because of bad nutritional advice/training or monetary reasons.

I know at elite level weight is a massive factor which is why we saw dawson meekly surrender to wards previously unheralded power,that is why this match up is hugely unlikely but is not impossible like you clearly believe.
Rules and records are altered all the time by people who are exceptional(which floyd clearly thinks he is)There are many examples of this although for some reason you say not to mention roy jones or pacquiao.
I dont know if anyone has ever jumped from welter to super middle probaly not but then the division is relatively young and i said floyd could go up 1 division and ward down one divsion(not exactly revolutionary concept)
But boxers with history of flying through the weights is commonplace,to just go with the modern era how about manny pacquiao going from fly to light middle a phenomenal feat,sugar ray leonard went from welter through to light heavy in a number of fights,thomas hearns did the same then how about macho camacho,james toney or oscar de la hoya.Recently juan manual marquez has jumped around from lightweight to welter as is the plan for adrien broner,gamboa was planning a 2 weight jump to land a big fight and still might.

Floyd mayweather stands 5 8 against wards 6 0 not exactly insurmountable as you will see match ups every week with these kind of height differences,there are taller lightweights about than some super middles does that mean they shouldnt fight in their respective weight division that their too tall.

Floyds frame and liking to have the cards stacked in his favour mean this fight is unlikely but calling me insane and saying i dont know anything about boxing is insulting

Personally I think Kell will beat Alexander. Floyd might be tempted to fight Kell as he would be getting another belt however it probably wouldn't get as much attention or get a massive pay day as other fights. If Kell gets a few more wins then it would be more likely but Floyd will probably be long gone by then.

 

If Kell was to beat Alexander and Khan he'd be in prime position to face Mayweather.

 

Three of them are outside his natural weight division.

 

I shall address your points, as ever, in order. Floyd might have fought at 154 before but it doesn't make it his natural weight class.

Floyd is also ducking Froch,Pascal,Bute,Dawson,Abraham,Dirrell,Kessler

On another note Floyd did fight the Big Show who weighs more than heavyweights, so that means he is ducking Wlad,Vlad,Haye,Adameck,Solis,Fury even Audley Harrison!!
