This statement alone should be able to tell anybody with an ounce of objectivity who is avoiding this fight.

    Dec. 2nd
"March 13 is too fast a turnaround," said Roach. "Manny has a broken
eardrum" suffered in his Nov. 14 TKO victory over welterweight Miguel Cotto in Las Vegas. "I'd like to have more time. I hope the fight happens, yes, but I want us to be in the best possible shape."
    ----------

If they turned down the Yuri Foreman fight because he was "too tall" (same size as Oscar) there is now way they had intentions of fighting Floyd in March

    yes he did avoid pacquiao.

i bet floyd would not fight a huge fighter like clottey. he only fights 130 pounder at 147 except pacquiao.

Last time I checked it was Pacquiao who ran off and rushed a deal with another fighter. Mayweather was still at the table.

that numbed hand wouldn't KO pacquiao

  8. im not a newbie. im well aware of who he's fought and not one of those guys was THE guy to beat in the division. what the hell are u talking about? he's fought good fighters but never the best in any division. ever.

  9. floyd tricked you. youve been bamboozled. just because he says he's beaten top guys doesnt make it true. his record is a joke. if he doesnt change something soon, thats exactly how he will be remembered, as a joke. his skills are like having a gold bar in a safe: if u dont use it, it might as well not even exist.

Why would Mayweather's camp jeopardize the negotiations by making the steroid allegation against Pac, and then expect him to jump through their hoops? They miscalculated Pac's pride. You don't get a stubborn donkey to move by pushing him. If Pac gave in to their demands, most Pinoys would have lost respect for him. That's something that Westerners can't understand.

Who did you consider the best at 135 at the time Floyd fought there?

Pac didn't want the fight. He doesn't want to fight guys who can exploit his one-dimensional style mainly guys who can counter and who aren't there to be hit.:deal
