Ortiz outperformed Wlad Klitschko on common opponents and is the only guy who Malik Scott couldn’t take rounds off of.

Yeah 2 opponents who Wlad beat marginally less easily. By the way I rate Ortiz, Jennings, Thompson and even Scott more highly than most people. All 4 are underrated as hell. But come on man. "Ortiz outperformed Wlad Klitschko on common opponents". Yeah its 2. 2 opponents albeit blue chip ones.

Wlad is the only guy a lot of somebodys couldn't take rounds off of.

Monte Barrett Wlad beat easier in his prime while Ortiz retired him. If you were bringing up Monte Barrett. The fact thats a non title opponent for Wlad given how extensive his resume was is kind of insane btw.

You're right to mention Malik Scott to be fair. Their fight was so awful I brushed it off my memory, but Malik was a good boxer. Not sure if He was still in his prime at the time, but it was a respectable win.
As @HistoryZero26 mentioned - the "outperforming" angle is stretching things. Tony Thompson was 45 years old (I checked now so that You don't correct me on some inaccuracy!), I guess We could mention 43 years old Monte Barrett too, but it's getting silly at this point.

I would not say that Ortiz outperformed Wlad against Jennings by the way. They both had their issues, as I remember Jennings was coming on when He walked into big punch (an uppercut?) and Ortiz was making excuses after the fight about being sick. Fight that ends in a knock-out is not necessarily easier than fights that endes with decision.

Exhibit A: Wlad's fights against Fury and AJ.

Ortiz totally outperformed Wlad. Jennings gave Wlad a tough fight.

He certainly did give Wlad a tough fight, but He was not an easy night's work for Ortiz at all, either - as I remember it. Perhaps I might need to watch it back.
