I told to myself that Mosley is going to beat his ass. It was so sweet to see Floyd making a mini-version of the chicken dance :). Needless to say to the end of the fight I suffered. Kudos to Floyd, tremendous fight. I hope that Pac-Floyd happens I'm not a big fan of both fighters so I can enjoy them fight for ones :)

Il admit i nearly had a heart attack in the 2nd when for a few moments i thought we might actually see mayweather get laid out. After the 2nd he was awesome. Theres nobody better than him. Nobody whatsoever

I think Nazeems prediction of the fight went almost as he said. How mosley was gonna rock mayweather early, then mayweather will turn into a dragon and shoot fireballs. But mosley didnt use lateral movement like nazeem said to dodge the fireballs and just got dominated.

IMO i thought mayweather just didnt a **** in the first round, then in the second round when he got rocked, it woke him up and he started to fight smart.

Once Floyd got his footing back under him, I felt fine about him coming back in the fight. He showed the heart of a lion to actually force Mosley back and outfight him after being tagged like that early.

I was concerned for Floyd but at that point the usual early fight jitters I get completely left, and I was more locked in to the fight looking to see what Floyd's response would be. I can imagine that punch really woke him up.

HaHa. So, you discovered you are a closet Mayweather fan! I picked Mayweather to win, but I was cheering for Mosley to upset him the whole way. Me and the crew nearly took the roof off the house in the 2nd round.

I was sweating in the 2nd round and thought how everyone on the forum would go crazy if Floyd got stopped.

Mosley could've made the fight much more competitive if he hadn't been so damn tight the whole night. He clearly wasn't as relaxed as he appeared to be in 24/7. He wasted a ton of energy being jittery and over-feinting. I did notice though, that his defense was pretty sharp the entire fight; even when he was exhausted, he managed to slip many of Mayweather's quick leads and counter rights.

    :rofl

You can't be serious. You don't think his reluctance to throw had anything to do with getting countered all night.

Floyd is ****ing amazing, doesn't mean he isn't a **** but **** the guy can flat out fight.

Shane made it interesting and had me out of my chair in round 2.

Exactly. Floyd took Mosley's shots away. Anyone who can't see that doesn't know what to look for. For instance, go watch the fight and take notice of how every time Mosley popped out a lazy/meaningless range-finder jab, Floyd came over top IMMEDIATELY with a straight right. Or, when Mosley tried to press the matter with combinations, Floyd would roll it and rip a right hand counter. Floyd has the know-how and the physical ability and conditioning to box a textbook performance for a counterpuncher. Last night was a ****ing MASTERCLASS.

Hell, the second round does more to enhance Floyd, in my opinion. The fact that he came back from the worst kind of adversity (twice in that round) against a guy who KNOWS HOW TO FINISH like Mosley, then decided to just flat outfight the guy for the next ten rounds... man, that takes stones. The people posting pictures of Floyd as a chicken should take notice.

yeah but I do think Pac would hit him more.

Floyd won that fight with his feet. The reason I think Pac has a chance is that he can step with him

**** Man I almost popped an o-ring. I actuallly thought we were going to get the unthinkable and see Mayweather geting flatted. I was basically jumping up and down yelling "Holy **** he's going to go!". Not suprisingly my MMA fanboy friends were a little wiered out by this:lol: Anyways, Floyd came back and fought a great fight. Props to him. I am a big fan of his fighting I was just really looking to see what would happen if Floyd actually ate some canvas.
