Thats not the way these things work. You cant just add numbers from those 2 fights together in retrospect.

Everybody thought that Hopkins v Pavlik was going to be a circus, cause Hopkins looks so poor against Calzaghe. A different fighter turned up, but beforehand people thought it'd be rubbish.

Everybody figured Jones would have nothing left, turned out that way.

Nobody was bothered to get excited about those fights. But if Pavlik and Calzaghe were fighting, that would have got a huge buzz going. Pavlik was way bigger before Hopkins beat him. This fight would have sold loads.
