You shut the **** up. The plaintiff's burden is to prove that there were lies given in defamatory manner. Yes that includes the burden of proving the claims were false. But i mentioned Floyd's burden of truth in a different light.

The Defendant's burden of defense is to prove either

Loool this proof of damage only arises when it comes to computing the monetary compensation that the plaintiff would ask. All plaintiff has to show to make a case for defamation is that defendant made a factual claim,negative to plaintiff's image or interest and which is false and that the publication is communicated to someone other than the person defamed.

Once this is sufficiently shown. Floyd and gang now has to make their case and may show based on your argument that there was no injury, the only way to show it is that the third-party hearing the defamatory statement does not believe the statement, or does not care, then there is no injury. read again lol, how many times did ***** idiots said they believe manny is juicing?

No, it would be impossible to prove that Floyd Sr or anybody else knew it was false, so the only chance they have is defamation per se, which is only actionable in this case if they can prove it hurt Manny's business because they clearly cannot prove either of the other two, which I listed earlier. The best and only absolute defense is actually truth, no doubt. But it is not a BURDEN. A burden is something that MUST be proven. And Pac MUST prove that the statement was false. He has the burden. And he MUST prove that they knew it was false. And he MUST prove that these statements caused damage, among other burdens that exist for him. Those are actual elements of Defamation. And he must prove all of these elements.

So... no matter how much you really want this thing to have legs... It really doesn't. And any objective legal expert will tell you the same. You can't sit there and say that they must prove these statements.
