So how can they back that? Youre telling me they dont have to prove that but that is what they directly claim verbatim in their lawsuit. So now youre saying they dont have to prove their claims and its still valid?

 

pac just has to show proof there isn't any record whatsoever for mayweather to have basis on his PED claims. judge turns to mayweather, its his turn now to make his defense. If he shows no basis why he said those statements then he's ****ed. he can't say "oh mr. judge i innocently believe my statements were true, therefore i have the right to say it and proclaim it to the world" the judge tells him, "you can't say **** that harms another person even if you think it is true if you have no basis to back it up so prove to me it is true" mayweather doesn't have proof so he turns to another defense "oh mr. judge, i said it as an opinion,i never claimed it was true as a fact, i just said i think maybe he was on something"

There is all types of stuff that Pac's people will have to prove. He has no case. I am not a lawyer by any means, but I have enough experience to know that the law is in no way as straightforward as people would like to believe.

they don't have to prove that they knew what they were saying was wrong, they only have to prove wreckless disregard for the truth. That will be quite easy to do.
