As a rule you don't take trash talk seriously in the last week before a fight. It's all part of the build-up. Mayweather's a genius. He clowned around so much, people just couldn't see him as a fighter. I reckon Hatton was relaxed and even grew a bit overconfident due to Mayweather behaving like a 3 year old. But when the night came, PBF was as focused as ever. He didn't even react to Hatton turning his back at him out of frustration. Mind games.
