if you dont think floyd never ran against baldomir you need to get his cum off of your eyes, shane mosley thought he ran, so did cotto, stinky wright accused him off running.
He beat Baldomir and DLH, but didnt go out of his way to close the show like Calzaghe did this weekend (not talking stricly KO's, but just utter domination). Sure, its harder at highter weights, I know that. What we are talking about here is the assertion that boxing fans have to love this style of fighting to know boxing. And they dont.
1. You polarize Floyd fans one way or the other, yet condemn the poster you quoted for polarizing. 2. Malinaggi isn't nearly as good as Mayweather. 3. Same as 1.
Mosley wants to fight him. Cotto wants to fight him. Is Winky done crying about the accidental headbutt he got from Hopkins in the fight, backed by video replays showing Hopkins didn't do it on purpose and it was in fact Wright moving into the clash of heads?
I use the term Cowboy sluggfest in an attempt to sound as ignorant as the people saying "Runner, Chicken " and such. I can appreciate any style of boxing. These comments are about a person not being able to appreciate a hit, dont get hit style. Malinagli, got Knocked the **** out. If he was undefeated and winning championships in multiple divisions he would be highly praised. Not to say someone wouldn't make a post saying he's boring but it would not be as wide spread. You guys have a sick obsession with Floyd though. I was willing to discuss the different styles in this thread without even bringing the name Floyd Mayweather into it. but you guys cant seem to do it.
What the **** ever, no one is as slick as Floy is now... can you just play along and at least TRY to understand what Im saying. Ok... IF he was as slick, Im telling you he would not automaticaly become the next great thing in boxing.
Sorry, but I go round and round with Floyd fans who claim that people who dont like him dont know boxing. Its not as if Im talking about every Floyd fan, but Im speaking to my experience here at ESB.
So than Illstate cant make the leap in logic that if Floyd was white, his style would be better appreciated. Goes both ways. Why dont you disagree with him?
