Im telling you tonight is a special night. I havent have this feeling since when Trinidad vs De La Hoya or Hopkings, If your a real fan of either Cotto or Pacquiao you will start to get nervous as soon as they walk to the ring. This is what i love about boxing, even when the fight is over you will still played in you head. Have this happened to anyone of you?:bbb

Dude, every time. Even with fights like Mijares vs Darchinyan, Margarito vs Mosley, and Juan Manuel Marquez vs Floyd Mayweather I was nervous as hell before the fight. It's kind of a catch 22. You build yourself for the night, you simply cannot wait, but then you realize that "your fighter" is in danger, and if he loses in devastating fashion, it's going to sting. I was haunted by the beating Mijares took...for at least a week. This sport is tough, tough on the fighters, and tough on the hardcore fan.

Thats right, When Cotto lost to Margarito man, i cant even rewatch that fight for like a week. We as fans live the moment as if we were the fighters itself

I was kind of happy, because I respected that Margarito got to where he was on pure hard work. However, in light of the controversy, I can't ever watch that fight again and feel a sense of pride about the sport I love. Cotto has my support, whoever he fights now.
