This is to the knowledgable posters on this site, not the trolls parading the forums at present (not everyone of course, but I've noticed a few idiots on here tonight) Would you be worried if your guys fight him? Does his power worry you a touch? How confident would you be if the fight gets made? I'm looking for sensible answers of course, and an honest opinion. Thanks. SnR
I would imagine they will be happy because finally it gives their fighters someone credible to fight. I would be stunned if their was any upset klitchko fans tonight. This is great for the div.
During the build up to the Wlad fight yes i was worried that for Wlads chin as haye was up tested at heavy and the fight woukd be hard to predict but after seeing how wlad dealt with Chageav and how haye ran fron Valuev all night i have no doubt he would catch and finish haye. I dont think anyone would question that Haye would not last the distance with Vitali on one of his good nights
I think Haye has a punchers chance against Wladmir, but your talking about a guy who has size, knows how to use it, has good speed, has the best jab in the division, and is arguably the hardest puncher in the division. Against Vitali, who is less nimble than Wladmir, Haye could maybe win the early rounds, but you know soon or later Vitali is going to connect, and that goes the same with Wladmir also. There going to connect unlike Valuev, who throw jabs at thin air, and hardly ever uses his right hand let alone throws it properly; you're going to have guys (Klitchko's) who are clinicans at that. I highly doubt he beats either of the Klitschko's.

my 3 favourite current fighters (in any division) are the klitschkos, and david haye. i'd love to see wladimir-haye, the fact that one of them has to lose is worth it to see 2 elite heavyweights fight in a unification who are; both in great shape both with questionable chins (average imo) both fighters have power in both hands both with big fanbases and ultimately it would give wladimir the career defining win he needs for his legacy. i just think wlad is to good for haye; his experience of big fights and brilliant defence will see him through the early rounds to hit and stop DH in rounds 6, 7 or 8 the fact that this fight didn't come off originally could be a blessing in disguise in the long run if they can fight next year some time with twice as much hype and media attention.
Both Klitschko's have great jabs They'll use there height and power ,besides Wlad has Emmanuel and Vitali has his amazing work rate. Both Klitschkos win, Wlad by KO, Vitali by decision.
I have thought for a while - and this fight has strengthened my opinion - that Wlad is a much harder fight for Haye. I think VK starts as favourite against haye, of course - you can't argue woth his recent performances. But Wlad is so disciplined, and that is actually one of Haye's great strengths (Mormeck, Macca and Valuev were all disciplined in there own way). WK would be so jab, jab, jab I think haye would struggle. Skills n Reflexes, I am a troll - I support haye immensely, always have and believe he would beat both of them - but I do really think that Wlad is a harder fight than Vitali for haye.
I am concerned. Wlad would have a problem if David bullran at him Sanders-like. Vitali is probably a bad style-match-up for Haye, although VK is getting up there in age and I could see him getting surprised by the speed. I think Haye has a better chin and stamina than at cruiser. his lack of strength (not punching power) will probably be his biggest weakness against the Klits.
