Then let Bob take it down after both Floyd and Manny agreed to everything. If everything is set and ironed out and the public knows it. I'd like to see how much balls Arum has got to take this fight apart. Problem with you is that you are dealing with future problems when the current problem isn't even solved yet, in this case the split.
I am dead serious. There are plenty of books out there about negotiating. But yeah, I troll a lot, but not this thread. oh well..F this. This thing has too many issues that will never iron itself out.
what are you talking about no date was agreed upon stop making **** up bob said they had to build a stadium from scratch. How can there be a split talk when Bob give Manny his money? WHO is going to give Manny 50 mil up front plus PPV answer that? How is that reasonable? to take all upfront cost plus give the guy eqaul revenue share? BOB AND FLOYD BOTH SAID NO
atsch It has been agreed on already when Floyd and Pac talked on the phone, the latest talk was between Pac and Floyd himself. Pac would fight Floyd on his turf with the tests and on the date Floyd wanted if Floyd will accept a 50-50 split and after rejecting that, also rejected the 55-45 split. Don't be a sheep, The split was never a problem until Floyd decided it would be. Just like the testing. but the testing isn't the problem anymore. We have another problem, how surprising... All I'm saying is that if Floyd accepted the reasonable split offer or even just counter it with something which is not bull**** then we would all be bashing Arum if not team Pac this time.(if the fight hasn't been made by then)
SO you are not going to answer the question who is going to give 50 mil upfront plus ppv revenue? You cant just say the slpit the upfront money is a part of this who the hell is going to give a 50 mil guarentee plus a 50/50 split of PPV? Even arum told Manny no
Because that isn't the problem until Floyd wanted it to be, atsch The problem is you are acting like what Pac offered isn't fair. When it isn't a problem in the past. If it isn't a problem in the past then why should it be now? We won't be talking about exact amounts because we have no idea on how much exact money would be made.
What are you talking about even Bob said no Manny didnt ask for a damn 50 mil guarantee the first time. If you are asking for all that money up front you cant expect to get 50 50 on the back end its real simple economics. Lets not even forget Manny saying he would take less of a share to get the fight done
i don't need to answer your question since i conceded that it's arums fault this time even if floyd rejected the 50/50 split and went on to fight somebody else. now if floyd still demands more than 50/50 next time (November or next year, is it still arum's fault?
The thing these dudes don't want to acknowledge with this whole "50/50" bull ****, is a few things: 50/50 of what exactly? PPV's and gate fair enough....but there's plenty of other **** that goes with a fight like this and we've all seen Floyd's business model. Who's gonna collect all the money, tally it, then decide what 50% of that is?? Arum?? Hell naw!! Same token, I'm sure Arum doesn't trust Haymon/Shaefer or whoever to count it for them. This is a major part of the problem, IMO. 40mil GUARANTEED is a hell of a deal. People love to speculate and act like they KNOW this fight is gonna bring in 200mil, but say that it don't. This fight is way past the due date, and if it don't do that kind of #'s Floyd could have ended up losing or atleast with a lot less than the 40 Pac had guaranteed.
sorry but pac offered 50/50 split and floyd refused. if floyd was offered 50/50 and he refused, is it pac's fault? oh wait, it actually happened and is not a hypothetical situation.
answer the question . If Manny ask for 50 mil upfront puls 50/50 of all other revenue are you going to blame Manny?
thing is, manny didn't ask for 50 mil guarantee. the 50-50 offer was the split for the expenses and the profits and whatever arum guarantees pac was none of floyd's business.
if floyd was offered 50/50 and he refused, is it pac's fault? oh wait, it actually happened and is not a hypothetical situation. :rofl:rofl
OH really Manny never asked for a huge guarantee ask Arum :rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl He did which is one of the reasons Arum didnt want the fight because he was not about to do that. :rofl:rofl:rofl Did Manny also say he would take less than 50/50 or was that made up to ?:rofl:rofl
