OK so Say I am right which I am that Manny ask for 50 mil plus 45 to 55 percent of the PPV. And Bob and Floyd both said no because nobody is going to give that huge guarantee plus that much on the back end who's fault is the fight not happening?

You are a ducker just like Manny and Arum. What happen is Manny said he would take less of a share to get the fight done. Then Manny's final offer to Floyd was that Manny would receive 50 guaranteed but he also wanted 45 to 55 on the back end with the winner getting 55 percent. Do you see the problem here Manny is asking for a 50 mil guarantee plus at least 45 percent of the back end while putting up nothing? Why would Floyd accept that when he is the one that has to put up the money?

50 Mil guaranteed is the problem you cant ask for 50 mil guaranteed then also expect to get at least 45 percent of the back end. Who gets that much up front plus that much of the back end when they are investing nothing?
