Maybe Valuev has a picture of Chagaev making love to a goat and he's blackmailing him? And how did they convince Haye to pull out, and give up a million bucks and a shot at the title? The real reason Valuev-Chagaev was canned is because the Finnish authorities do not want to be held liable in the event that Valuev gets infected with hepatitis B. Legal fears are the driver here. The Finns are taking no chances about being sued if something bad happens. The Finns offered to allow the fight to go on if Universum agreed to buy insurance protecting the Finnish authorities from liability in the event that Valuev got infected. However, Universum balked. The entire issue here was liability paranoia.
