Real reason why Mayweather and Pac isn't made.

    Pac to this day hasn't accepted extra testing and will never agree to extra testing to fight mayweather.

    Brief trip down memory lane sure reveals the truth behind what is really going on.

    Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer told Sports Illustrated that he was approached on Thursday by Top Rank for a trilogy bout between Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez. A shocking demand was made by Marquez. He requested a 50-50 split on the money with Pacquiao. For a guy chasing a Pacquiao trilogy since their 2008 rematch, Marquez found an amazing way to say "no thank you."

    In a move we all expected, Marquez, like Floyd Mayweather Jr., made a demand for random Olympic style drug tests. ***********.com reported on December 24 that Marquez would demand random drug tests for a trilogy bout with Pacquaio.

    Schaefer told ***********.com, also last month, that Pacquiao would have to take random blood tests for a fight with any Golden Boy Promotions fighter - and that includes Shane Mosley.

    Promoter Gary Shaw predicted this would happen during a December interview with ***********. He said back then - "If he doesn't do the tests with Mayweather, I believe the only fights that Pacquiao will be able to get are with fighters who are with Top Rank. All other promoters are going to want to know that they are fighting on level playing field."

    So to conclude when pac fought shane no testing would have been required because he wasn't part of GBP.

    Now when Marquez fighting Pac yet again no testing is being required because he isn't part of GBP. When marquez and mosley wanted the fight with pac under GBP with testing top rank and pac camp flat out refused.

    Quite clear that pac has no intention of doing any testing against mayweather. Arum even says it himself.

    he made a neat little floyd deadline countdown thingy majig on his top rank website....for floyd to sign some contract that we never even heard the details about.......soooooooooo....lol....and greenburg said there were negotiations!!!

    lolol....tards are so clueless....this guy never had any intention of making the fight the first time around....from the minute he mentioned "dallas" thats where he was locked in to.....the clottey fight was in his back pocket the whole time he was pretending to negotiate with floyd...yet tards cant see why floyd would be upset with them for dragging him through something when they had no intention of making it happen...thats why he has no "urge"

    Quite clear Arum never had any attention of agreeing to extra testing floyd camp was demanding.

    Who gives a **** about mayweather? Why don't he fight somebody else that will accept his Gay ass testing? Opps forgot he is still on vacation with his family.

    it would never cross your mind that floyds urge is lost because he feels like they never even were serious during the first round....and the 2nd round was even a bigger joke because they wouldnt agree to the testing?

    ill give you another exact quote from arum...after the deadline he imposed on his website...he fielded a conference call....he was asked "what concessions was manny willing to make this time around in regards to testing"

    his answer "i cant comment on that"

    Silly ******* of course this article is old, that the whole point arum says he will never have pac face an opponent who demands extra testing. He is angry at himself for ever considering it. And guess what he has been true to his word:deal

    if it was really about the test then his urge, he would have fought somebody by now and not have called roger a liar for telling the media he will fight this summer.

    There are more than one type of anabolic steroid...and some designer steroids and pro-hormones don't show positive in urine tests.
