First of all im on the fence on this one and im not sure who's going to win.

In the mijares fight, most people were counting out Darchinyan, giving him no chance at all ( BTW i picked Darchinyan in that fight ) and im sure alot were stunned by the result. Now Arce is in the same position and everybody is counting him out. Why? Now remember Im not saying that arce will win, i don't know who to pick yet but i just want to know why everyone is on darchinyan's nuts now. He went from being the most hated boxer to the most beloved. Boxing fans are funny like that.

    What are Arce's chances realistically?

I'd be willing to make an Avatar bet Arce wins this.

If Arce tries to go mano-a-mano with Vic, he will lose. As Mexican fighters are required to fight mano-a-mano in Mexico instead of box, Arce will probably lose.

If Vics getting any sort of love from boxing fans - its not cause
his persona, its because of his all out fighting style, you know
with Vic, that he is always angling for a knockout blow..

Vic wins this, Arce is a limited fighter..

Donaire probably beats Vic - if they face again though..

I'd be willing to put $5000 on Donaire if the rematch were to happen. No doubt about it.

Mijares humilated Arce. Darchinyan crushed Mijares. Go figure.

Mijares boxed Arce's ears off. That wasn't his kind of fight. Darchinyan will make it an entertaining slug-fest, which is his kind of fight. This will be far closer, though I think Arce's deterioration and Vic's power will make the difference as he stops him late.

Watch out for this one, it could be a potential FOTY contender (as with pretty much every Arce fight)

Arce is a live dog here. Mijares was destroyed because he let Vic dictate the fight, Arce will fight to the end in this one.

The problem with that call is that Mayorga was never a Undisputed Champ and he never outboxed anyone like Vic outboxed Mijares.

I know Darchinyan just destroyed the unbeatable Mijares so they told us.

    Now he gets called Mayorga.

Well good luck to u..atleast u got a 50-50 chance..

    And u say no doubt??

If you call yourself a serious fight fan you would know there are no certanties when 2 blokes step inside that ring..

Yes Donaire would be favourite having a mass ko win over Vic..

    But no doubt???

Now im not saying Arce doesnt have a chance to all the Jorge fans out there.

But i clearly seen a better more improved Vic Darchinyan as a fighter against Kirilov.

But it was a very very improved version of Vic against Mijares that was clear.

    Vic TKO 10
