RealIzm - Why do discredits Floyd win over Hatton?

Because cocksuckas have 20/20 hindsight.

Can't believe up till now there's negative reception about that fight when before this fight happened everybody was giving Floyd props for suddenly taking on a 'real challenge'. After he KO'd Ricky we hear all sorts of negative **** up till now and some people have even forgotten about it.

 

Well eze I'm slightly impressed by all this research
My reasoning behind pick Hatton was for several reasons:

1. I thought that Ricky would be able to maul and ruin Floyd, constant clinching and grabbing takes alot out of a fighter, aside from this Ricky fights dirty, in said clinches the ribs of the opponent are exposed, which if you've watched Hatton at all has mastered this dirty art of firing at the ribs out of a clinch

2. I didnt actually expect the ref(Cortez) to force Ricky to fight or box, of which he cant do. I don't think I'm the only one who was amazed that Ricky wasnt allowed to do his "thing".

3. In my eyes previous to this fight Mayweather had been very unimpressive, lets face it Judah owned Floyd for the first half of their fight and don't even get me started on the Baldomir fight

All these factors came into play in my pick for Hatton by KO but mainly I expected Hatton to get away with his dirty brand of club fighting/wrestling

All that being said things obviously didnt go as I anticipated, Ricky was forced to box, which we all know he cant do

I do give Floyd credit on his victory mainly because he fought like he did at 130, that Floyd I'm a fan of

And lets face it eze if the fight were in Manchester it wouldnt have been so easy for Floyd as the ref wouldve been doing everything but sucking his **** in between rounds

The answer is simple and clear, because Floyd won. If he lost then "I TOLD YOU SO GUYS, FLOYD CAN'T BEAT GUYS THAT COME FORWARD!!!!".

 

In Manchester with lowblows, shoving, headbutts, elbows, clinching, rabbit punches, punches to the back of the head and every other illegal move being legal ONLY for Hatton.

Paulie I just said it wouldve been more difficult for Floyd for the reasons that Scar outlined

Scar- again it's not just about Ricky coming forward its about him being allowed to do his thing

He beat Kostya Tszyu doing his "thing" so why would it be sofar efectched to think he couldnt do it to Floyd?

Look I'm not really a fan of either fighter, I respect what Floyd has done at 130. As for Ricky I cant stand him, mainly due to his inability to box or even fight cleanly, yet he has an enormous fanbase of jackoffs that don't have a clue of what boxing really is

Believe it or not I was thoroughly overjoyed with the result
I was glad Floyd fought like he did at 130 and was very glad that Hatton was exposed again(Collazo did it first)

 

i thought it was an excellent win against a guy who many were calling for floyd to fight and against a consensus top 10 p4p. People who point that ricky was a blown up light welter i just ask you this;
from the way the fight played out and how floyd beat him at his own game could you really see the fight being any different at 140 because i sure as hell cant see ricky winning floyd wins 10 times out of 10

Well partially yes I give him credit for fighting the way he did and finishing Hatton in spectacular fashion

But is Hatton a skilled fighter? No

Is Hatton a credible WW? No

Hattons gotten away with cheating for forever, why would I have expected any different before hand? It's become the status quo for Hatton in all of his fights

It sounds like your real gripe is with Hatton and other dirty fighters

So your telling me that had Hatton been allowed to do his thing that it wouldve been just as easy for Floyd?

Your also telling me that since Hatton was forced to not cheat that he is a very dangerous boxer? Interesting.....why would he cheat in the first place?
