Although he was pretty repetitive at times overall i really enjoyed his comments! He was unbiased and mostly talked sense. The other dude was horrible though. At the end he said hes disappointed in manny and that marquez won. But when the scores were read out he said 'im really happy for manny he fought a great fight'. But I'll let him off for that one probably just speaking without thinking and happy at the decision
Wow I don't know how you think he was awful. I heard the HBO team were biased as **** last night. Khan is friends and works with Roach/Pac/Ariza and still wasn't biased. He made some smart comments and came across very well imo.
he was better then his co commentator who just said the same **** again and again."marquez who has predicted..." :dead
Amirs thoughts on Morales- 'We tried to get the fight but his team weren't interested' Bradley- 'We tried to get the fight but his team weren't interested' Marquez- 'We tried to get the fight but his team weren't interested'
Khan made the HBO team look like rank Amateurs. For a first go, and being semi literate, he was fantastic and definitely deserves a second go. But he needs to drop phrases like the "backhand", everytime he says it, I get this picture in my head... This content is protected
I didn't think he was that bad to be fair and he was pretty neutral on the Marquez - Pacquiao fight which was good to hear!!
My standards for commentary are undemanding but I thought he was pretty good and more interesting/thoughtful than the 'professionals' often are.
he was suprisingly good. Khan is great with his tactics overview, he really knows his boxing. to the critics above its easy to point out 1 thing he said wrong from is 3hrs of commentary, but in my opinion and to my suprise he was good. :good
Khan was really good, suprisingly technical and not too biased for Pac. Suprised at his performance. The commentary for once was really good on Primetime.
