Vera landed punches on Chavez all night, Golovkin would knock him out, plus he would also go to Chavez' body...........

He doesnt have to worry about what goes on at 168 ..or 175....or 126. He is a middleweight. He fights at 160. End of.

Don't know why anyone would complain about this fight, especially when considering the alternatives for each man. Golovkin-Geale would not be as exciting nor would Chavez-Ward. In fact Ward won't get a crack at Chavez until Chavez is ready to retire (a few fights after he fights Golovkin).

Jr-GGG would answer whether GGG's power carries up (relevant to potential future fights with Ward, Froch, Pascal, Stevenson, Kovalev), and show how he handles some adversity when Chavez smoothers his shots and starts clinching. Jr's big enough he would rough GGG up some, but I see Jr getting hurt bad in this fight.
