you need to really know head positioning and some other things to throw those kind of overhands however.
another words beginers will just go out and throw overhands be falling all over the place getting countered and look rewards....professional fighter who use those throw them when the stances are in certain postions (they have gained some angle) and generally with the punch they move their heads to a outside position.
