    Hi

Haye says the reason he can't fight Klitschko on July 2nd is beacuse he agreed an extension with the WBA to fight Klitschko in April before his mandatory (Chagaev) and cannot get a further extension to July 2nd without being stripped.

Whether this is true or not,who knows?

However,I think Chisora is going to well & truly "put a spanner in the works" by stopping Klitschko which will make all this talk irrelevant anyway!

Klitschko is seriously underestimating Chisora and has got a big surprise coming!

What bul**** and Haye knows he had no fight date on April He did not want the fight! That´s for sure. The Khan fight was set at this time.

This proof, that Wlad is right, Haye is a liar.

I doubt it. After his loss to Sanders, Wlad vowed never to under-estimate an opponent again. I believe him. I'm glad to see someone have faith in Chisora. It amazes me how easily some "fans" are quick to call a pro boxer a bum. Chisora ain't no little girl :-( He should NOT be under-estimated and I'm sure Wlad won't do so. I'm betting Wlad by 6th rnd KO :hat

Haye is basing his logic on a faulty premise; that he needs the WBA belt. He can dump that shitty belt now and not even worry about it, actually save himself a sanctioning fee.

    BULL****
haye was quoted.."I had no problem with july 2nd until wlad wanted to fight Chisora before that............"

Unification always trumps mand fight...... problem is Haye is upset now because as soon as wlad signed for Chisora for a fight befoe the Haye fight, it started the wheel on Haye chagaev which is what Haye was trying to avoid

What makes you think Wlad is underestimating Chisora? because he scheduled a fight after?.... Please:roll: In todays world... contract talks with a guy like Haye take FOREVER

If that's the case, than Haye lied to ESPN amongst others. Haye is quoted below saying the April date wouldn't work because of Amir Khan. So I tend to believe what Haye says below regarding the April date unless you have a source for what you have above aum.

I figure if he dumps the belt then he just becomes another voluntary Klit defence with the 'you beat me you fight my brother' bull****.

even if Wlad doesn't fight Chisora, Wlad vs Haye would be in July.

    So it makes no difference

Yes - July is fine so long as Wlad doesn't fight Chisora. If Wlad fights Chisora then Haye cannot sign a unification fight as it cant be guaranteed that the belts will be on the line - if the belts aren't on the line then its not a unification fight and Haye must face Chagev

If Haye is so confident he'll take Klitschko's belts in a fight, why does he care about being stripped of the Don King belt? Everyone knows the WBC belt is the most worthless, corrupt belt in the heavyweight division. Wouldn't he rather have Wladimir's Ring and other belts?

    Make the fight conditional then.

"This contract is valid on the condition Wladimir Klitschko defeats Derick Chisora on April 30th. If he loses the titles to Derick Chisora, this contract is null and void and David Haye will instead fight _____ for a WBA mandatory title defense in London."

And chances are he won't face Chagaev anyway based on murmurs from the British board and we know Haye's not fighting outside of Britain.

I don't see why this stuff has to be settled 180 days in advance honestly. Sh*t like this is what turns fans off from fighting. We should want to see the champs fight more often. Not have them put on a shelf six months at a time which does nothing but strangulate the division.
