I don't think JT will KO Froch. I think he'll use a "blister and move" approach, and win something like 118-110.

Calzaghe would not stop Froch either, he'd just slap 7 shades of **** out of him for 12 rounds.

Kessler and Pavlik? Both have very good fundamentals and BIG right hands. Froch gets knocked the **** out against either.

That is such a weak argument dude.

Who has Taylor knocked out of any note?

See what I did there? :good

As i said, Lacy has been hurt badly by a journeyman and been given questionable decisions over fighters far from world class. Lacy is short on confidence and very easy to hit, if Taylor couldn't finish him, why would he be able to finish the confident Froch who actually has power to be reckoned with, and has shown that he can walk through flush shots of SMW's like Pascal.

Its boxing and anything can happen but nothing really lends itself to say that Taylor would stop him, considering he has failed to stop less resilient fighters.

I'm not arguing power on behalf of Jermain Taylor ... I think he would just overwhelm him with good boxing, stiff jab, and good defense ... Froch leaves Taylor many openings ... you don't have to be a power puncher to get a guy like that out of there.

You don't have to be a knockout artist to knock somebody out !!

One thing Froch has shown is decent power and a decent beard. Its likely that Taylor wouldn't push for a stoppage as it would be much safer to outbox him.

There are plenty of fighters that have knocked guys out or stopped them that weren't knockout punchers.

Ok I can see where you're coming from however I have to ask, have you seen the Pascal fight? I'm not talking up Pascal as a fighter but he does have a bit of power. He hit Froch with everything but the kitchen sink and Froch kept coming, Froch got caught with a big shot and he'd fire one straight back and power wise JT ain't strong. This'll go 2 ways JT on points or Froch by KO.

I like JT as a person and dislike Froch but no-way does JT KO Froch.

I know what you're saying but let's face it, it's unlikely....not impossible but unlikely.

When I think of decent beard ... there are only a few fighters that come to mind and one of them isn't Froch.

Chin doesn't matter any way ... this is the sweet science and there is more than one way to stop someone.

Yes I seen that fight and i'm telling you that - that was a sloppy fight ... these guys didn't turn into their puncher ... they didn't shoot from the shoulders ... they were just wingin shots

Margo has shown that you need more than a good chin.

I still see a UD to Taylor... just to skilled. But I won't be surprised to see a KO from either.

I wouldn't say Froch's chin is certified granite just yet. I mean he has been in the wars with only one decent ko specialist in Pascal so far. But that said he should have enough to hold out against Jermaine - hasn't had a stoppage in 4 years - Taylor.
