Reason why PBF rejected 8 millions to fight Margarito

Avoided an 8mill $$$ fight so he can beat Marg down the track for more money :deal

Marg doesnt have the skills to beat PBF.

 

Floyd would win, but it wouldn't be pretty and not easy. Seeing as how Cotto managed to his Marg at will says a lot about how Floyd would have picked him off. The only difference is that FLoyd doesn't tire out in the latter rounds.

 

If anything, this fight was a vindication to Floyd fans. Not only did his official number 1 challenger lose only a few months after his retirement, but despite losing, said official number 1 challenger (Cotto) still showed what a Floyd-Margo fight would have gone like (for the ENTIRE 12 rounds).

Floyd UD. Like Cotto, he'd have his moments of total domination. Margo would put it on a couple of rounds though (for sure), but I don't see Margo catching Floyd the same way he did with Cotto - and I don't see Floyd "breaking", either.

 

Maybe so, but Mayweather would not take the chances Cotto did. Can't shoulder roll a punch to the gut anyway.
