Such as? How many mexican fans start hate threads about pac compared to pac fans starting hate thread about Mexican boxers? Besides, the TS in the link posted was already exposed for being an idiot. If people want pac to lose, its not because their haters, but because of posters who start pointless threads like this one becuase they're insecure and hate seeing pac get any negative critizism.

I agree with you here. I don't want to name names. You just read them regularly and you know how they post. I actually want the bashers at both sides to mellow down. I know that some threads like this are created just to **** off the other party. There should be a dialogue of some sort and have a peace talk. :smoke

What does that have to do with him being the most skilled, the best defensive wizard in the division, the fastest and having the best style against the top guys currently?

    - Nothing.

Lets put it this way, Guzman is good, fast, skilled, etc... but this is irrelevant up until you get in the ring and use it on the top guys i mentioned. What makes you so sure that all Guz's skills will have an effect on these fighters?...
Until that happens, he remains in the sidelines.

Whats the purpose of this? Many Barrera fans here including myself has said that Pac beats him prime for prime, so what is your issue with supposed excuses?

And why don't you hold Pac and his fans to the same "no excuses" standard? It always seems fine to make excuses for Pac, but not the fighters he beats.

Hmm let's see, who are the other top two aside from Guzman at 130?

Pac and JMM. Who was the next in line in terms of quality after Guzman, who's currently after JMM and Pac? That would be Soto, who everyone else was avoiding, who Guzman made look like a B- level fighter despite being a top fighter.

Then let's think how Pac is doing lately, in the last Barrera fight allowing the declined Barrera to control the movement but lacking the other necessities to fire off counters and losing wide. Barrera controlling the movement? Hmm, Guzzy a MUCH BETTER mover while having tremendous timing and combination skills and Pac being at a bad stylistic disadvantage vs. a defensive counter puncher?

Oh, I think he does real shitty. He's only faster, more skilled, has the stylistic advantage.

Then onto JMM, 3 years Guzman's senior but a harder style for Guzman than Pac. Let's use the Barrera fight for a good marker, competitive. Barrera controlled the movement, controlled sometimes with the faster jab but just doesn't have the defence or the handspeed anymore to outwork JMM and got outpunched himself.

Any defensive counter punchers who throw combinations at 130? Anybody? Anybody quick and also a defensive counter puncher who throws tremendous combo's and multi-dimensional features?

    Nope, don't know any.:good

Why do people compare someone's past fight to some fighters. You can say prime for prime, this and that, but in the end...the reality is that fighter just beat your fighter fair and square.
Do you even know why Soto or Guzman doesn't even get the notice of many boxing fans nor theyre promoters.
They won't risk themselves. Argue all you want but geez come back to a reality check.

Styles make fights, that's the option I'd pick, but it wasn't there.

Not beating a prime top fighter since the 2004 or whenver he fought Barrera the first time isn't exactly having bragging rights.

Bragging about beating Morales who has lost 5 out of his last 6, 2 of them coming before Pac even beat him and one of them after the last time Pac beat him isn't anything special as you can see.

Beating Barrera the way he did was all credit to Pac for being the better man that night.

But getting schooled for nearly an entire fight right after having his opponent down THREE times, with a busted nose and a busted mouth and on the verge of being KO in the first round is not only anthing to bragg about but embarrassing.

Beating contenders from 3k battey to Larios and avoiding the Guzmans is also nothing to bragg about.
