Wilder isn't good. He's a tall guy with power who had been fed all manner of cab drivers, firemen, gym teachers, pastry chefs and old men on blood pressure meds. Hos record is pure fluff.
Fury had a poor camp and Wilder had a good one. Wilder learning (or re-learning as he'd claim) a few more technical skills was a good idea for him.
2 years ago people were saying there's no way Fury can win by KO, and there's no way he'd come out on top against Wilder in a pure slugfest. Now, doing that is regarded as "poor performance". Just goes to show how far Fury has raised the bar.
Fury raised the bar in second fight. This fight though he really should’ve gotten Wilder out of there earlier. Wilder was literally exhausted and had zero defense for half the fight.
He did look too pudgy. It looked like he didn't train as much for the 2nd fight. No where near as fit.
