Please feel free to add any that I've missed: 1. Despite multi-million payday and, as a point of principal, Pac should never subject himself to random blood tests that prove beyond doubt the validity of his accomplishments in the ring and status as pound-for-pound no. 1 2. Mayweather needs to be taught a lesson and the most warrior way of doing that is to take his ass to court rather than beating him in the ring 3. Because Mayweather et al said/insinuated that Pac's cheating, he would not be able to remain focused and wouldn't want to use this as an excuse Seriously now, this isn't the first time that fighters have talked **** about each other prior to fighting. Increasingly this has become a structural part of boxing and is a well known ploy of Mayweather Jr to unsettle his opponent and gain some psychological advantage; it also helps to hype and sell PPVs. Sometimes in life we have to prove ourselves by precisely doing those things that emphatically tells our doubters or subtractors that they were wrong in their negative assertions, even if it's just for the bragging rights to say "I told you so!" In Pac's case he had the weight of a nation and up to 40 million dollars worth of potential income to make taking the random drug tests a no brainer. All his actions thus far suggest that he has something to hide and he therefore is principally responsible for tarnishing his own standing in the sport of boxing: "If it looks too good to be true then it's has to be false" At least he's showing all the qualities needed to be a successful politician.
If Pacman took the tests and he came out negative it would be a smack in the face to Mayweather. There is no reason to not take a blood test, it just makes pacman look bad. And for the record, i don't think pacman is abusing any substance.
Yes, the two things every boxing fan looks for in a fighter. 1) The preference to fight things out in a court of law as opposed to a boxing ring and 2) the qualities needed to be a successful politicianatsch Fukk outta here with this BS thread!
If Pacman took the tests, and came out clean, it would insure to everyone that the biggest fight in boxing history was clean. It wouldn't be a smack in in the face to Mayweather, becsue the whole point of more random, more stringent blood testing is to act as a deterrent to potential PED use for this fight.
One reason it should happen They are the best two fighters of there era and the best should fight the best,it is what makes boxing great and has happened in every other era,Foreman vs Ali,Robinson vs LaMotta and Leonard vs Hagler, they are both as it stands HOF with Floyd possibly better the two of the fighters.
Mate number 2 is absolute bull****. Warriors ****in fight not talk **** in some court room, its the biggest fight in boxing right now so it should ****in happen. Also for the record this thread is absolute ****.
Thank you - the three points I made in my original thread were wholly sarcastic. It's a shame johnnydipwit and the other dude couldn't pick up on this. That's why I get pissed when some posters here try to portray the fighters who they support as being some kind of mastermind. Happy new year all - let's hope that Pac and Mayweather get this fight done asap (I know - wishful thinking)
What if i don't jump to any conclusion but would only love Manny taking the test to shut their dirty mouth?
IMHO the best solution would be for Pac to agree to the tests but with a demand that if the tests are all negative Floyd would have to come out with a public apology for tarnishing Pac's image-Written by Pac's side. Something like "I, the big *******, Floyd Mayweather Jr. apologize for intentionally tainting Pac's image and achievements". No lawsuits though for admiting it.
