ok so he lost to watson in there first fight ( watson robbed ) , the second fight he was down on points and scored with a lucky shot at the end of the fight , he drew with ray close ! he was also given the decision on numerous occasions against when really he was outpointed and outworked , he drew with benn the second time around when really benn won the fight , he was beaten by collins twice , can you really tell me that prime jones would have had problems with these guys ? , toney too , i mean compare the oppositon eubanks fought with toney and jones , eubanks never fought anyone like mccallum or hopkins , barkley and guys who really came to fight , his only world class wins were one over benn 1 and rocchigiani ( just ) dont get me wrong i think eubanks was great he had an unbelievable chin and worked well on the back foot but he was not from the same cloth as jones or toney
Jones and Toney would beat Benn convincingly imo. Jones probably scores a knockdown or wins by late TKO against him. Jones Vs. Eubank would be like Jones Vs. Hopkins. Toney Vs. Eubank would be a close fight and probably Toney winning an SD against him. Toney/Benn would have been a great fight though.
lol try and pick apart what i said all you want , but ask anyone who knows anything about boxing whos not clearly bias and they will tell you roy jones and james toney would have beaten eubank and easily at that.
Considering Jones himself said in '93 that Eubank was the one fighter who'd give him most problems... it's quite clear Chris Eubank would not be beaten easily by anyone, he was just too good at avoiding punches and ring generalship to possibly be beaten 'easily'.
