Moorer looks great and sounds great. He's so calm and serene and some interesting questions are asked and answered. He's so easy going nowadays.

Always good to see fighters get out of the game unscathed.

Michael looks and speaks exceptionally well and I hope he continues to maintain great health going forward.

He looks and sounds great. He’s made peace with the Foreman loss which is great to see. He got caught with a huge punch by one of the greatest punchers ever. It happens and I’m glad that he’s comfortable being part of a legends story. Nothing to be ashamed of at all. Good on him.

Comes across as a guy that doesn't crave the limelight.

Often interesting to assess the build of a retired fighter around this age, relative to their fighting prime. Guys like Dempsey, Louis and Walcott filled out to thickset, stocky men, relative to their fighting primes, suggesting they were naturally well built, big men who trained down.

Moorer looks slim and slender here, suggesting he never had a HWs (by modern standards) build naturally and bulked up to compete there. Haye and Holyfield also look slimmer as middle aged men in retirement than they did as musclebound active HWs.

I don't think Moorer is underrated as a HW, but I suspect he may be p4p. I wonder what he could have achieved at CW.

I think Moorer has answered those questions enough times that the interviewrer is lucky to not be fed to the alligators out behind Moorers's house.

Proof that, contrary to popular opinion, many boxers are intelligent articulate people. I am glad he seems so at peace with himself and has built a post boxing career. Being a PI is pretty cool as well!

    What a good dude.

Foreman KO'ing Moorer is my all time favourite moment in boxing. But it is awesome to see Michael Moorer looking and sounding as great as he does.

@JohnThomas1 thanks for putting that interview up.

Moorer has always been a complex guy .. intelligent, well spoken with a dark side ... I actually met him once in a gym in LA and he was very decent ... I am glad to see things seem to have panned out for him as last I heard was when he was working with Freddie Roach and it didn't pan ... today he looks very grounded , well put together and speaks beautifully. Kudos on the post JT.

He was always one of my favorites, I liked his style of fighting, especially at light heavy.

For a guy who got knocked out by Foreman, he sounds much better than I expected.

    Good dude? Class?

Didn't this guy sucker punch a cop and break his jaw? He always came off as a petulant bully to me. Though I admired his fighting skills.

He was a jerk when he was younger and now that he's broke and older all the sudden he's "a nice guy". Wonder why that is.
He reminds me of another champion who I don't name who when he was a champion would go around bullying people and picking fights with amateur fighters ALL the time.
When he got his butt kicked on TV all the sudden he was nice to everyone.
So one day this grizzled old trainer says to the ex champ " its amazing how getting your butt kicked on tv can all the sudden gain you manners"
Man everyone in the gym fell out laughing.
