    Small interesting interview.
    Not going for a knockout but looking to win each round... maybe 12 rounds; a KO would be a bonus.

    Sounds like Freddy is a little concerned about Cotto's power inside and wants to avoid a toe to toe brawl where Manny might get hurt.

    He wants Manny to fight a little smarter defensively and out-box Cotto to a decision win.

    Fast footwork and speedy combinations,,, Moving in and out quickly,,, Getting off and getting out fast before Cotto can counter.

    Alot like the game-plan that worked so well vs Oscar. But will it work vs Cotto?

    What was all the fuss early on about Pac wasn't taking the fight serious? Now every thing is as scedualed 4 weeks in the Philapeens and 4 weeks in Cali...

    4 weeks in philipines 4 weeks in cali is bull****.....he is not gunna start training untill sept21 that is 7 weeks away from the fight not 8 weeks....and no1 trains the day of the fight or the day before so that is about 6 weeks and 5days exactly of training for manny today is the 15th guys a day less then 2 months for the fight and they are still promoting

    hmm says . . .

    did you listen to Roach. He said Pac was already doing road work (absent from his tutelage)... Irregardless what date you mention, no one, not Roach nor Pac is complaining about the schedule. It's working out and everything is "normal" even though Pac's schedule is hectic.

    the only thing worth noting in this interview is his noticable concern and possible gameplan.
