    This depends on the promoter. Teslenko still very young.

    If you want the truth, the top level amateurs are FAR better than the people most newly turned prospects fight against.

    Rare exceptions will be Usyk and Lomo who went for the best shortly after turing professional.

    He's based out of Canada now correct?

    Some good HW prospects based out of there currently.... Simon Kean, Oscar Rivas, Bogdan Dinu just to name a few.
