I'm not a boxer and have no desire to compete, but I just do a bit of light body sparring with my brother, just to keep fit. I want to get a couple of headguards so I can spar with headshots also.

I don't want to spend a lot of money, ideally no more than about £30 for each headguard. Also, I would prefer to have a faceguard as well, to protect the nose/eyes. What should I get?

Been having a look at these. Are they any good or no?

This next one has a faceguard but doesn't look like it has much padding around the sides.

i ordered this, still waiting haha.

for the ts, you get what you pay for. A good facebar headgear will be 120 dollars, check the everlast safemax. A really good headgear will be around 170-200 , thats the cleto reyes headgear as the picture, or invest in twins facesaver. The best is the winning which is around 4 bills.

anything below that amount, you'll find yourself rather having no headgear. Im just being honest TS, protect your face its worth it. Well if you spar constantly with your brother then its worth it.

^ I have a similar one by Fight Gear, and even less expensive model through Ringside than the Reyes one. Highly recommended for safety.
