Hernan Marquez-Luis Concepion I was one of the best fights I've ever seen. Also a little known one I remember being a great fight was Jaidon Codrington in the final from the Contender.

Really? I actually thought it was pure ownage from Barrera, for all Hamed's speed and posturing, MAB's accuracy and timing were sublime, how he nailed a constantly moving target over and over - that's an example of the difference between a talented fighter and a true great

Great list above, just to repeat also that Barrera v Morales has to be looked at as well, probably my favourite trilogy

Completely agree. Ownage by Barrera. But for me a great fight to watch is (with a few exceptions) a competetive one. Watching Hameds ineffectual clowning get punished gives me a warm, fuzzy pleasure too, but doesn't qualify as a 'great fight'.. I get that you're a Barrera guy but I think the OP wasn't just asking for examples of peoples favourite fighter beating up on rivals -however much you, personally, enjoyed the spectacle.

I'm trying to think of the kinda fight that woulda kept me edge-of-seat even if I didn't know who was fighting. I usually follow 160 up, so Garcia vs Judah's one that recently got me like that...you know..a fight with drama...

PS Thanx Carlos2005 - I've seen about half the fights on the list, and remember about half of those. Forget the OP - that'll keep me busy for a coupla weeks
