I always listen to those songs while jumping rope, the only problem is sometimes I unconsciously start jumping to the beat, and mess up the jump
dont play any song you know the words to and will try to sing! dries your throught out fast while working out:/
For me music is great when I'm skipping or jogging or something, but when it comes to hitting the bags/other boxing exercises I don't listen to music.
