I currently use mixed martial arts fingerless gloves but I want to switch things up and use boxing gloves. I do have some everlast training gloves but they are pretty old and dirty and want to get something new.

    any suggestions?

also, if my goal is to punch as hard as possible, should i use mma gloves or boxing gloves on punch bags?

also, what are your thoughts on weighted gloves? Gloves with adjustable weights

I prefer gloves with plaster in them. Works wonders when you are punching a bald pretentious idiot.

Well depends on the gym you are in and what your goals are.
I had 3 pairs of gloves( seriously)
For bag work i used 20 ounce gloves and in addition to that i had 2 gloves, one pair of 14 oz Twin gloves for normal guys that also use fair gloves that arent to old and still had a solid padding and a pair of very thin 10 oz gloves for asholes.
In a lot of gyms guys just use their gloves for plus 3-4 years for everything, pads, sparring and bag and by nature those gloves started to fall apart and you could easily feel the knuckles when they were punching you, but they wouldnt care since i had to take the punches.

For fair gloves go for twins I like them a lot they also protect for hand the best for the price. For ashole gloves go for everlast or lonsdale they are rather thin.

what's your budget and wants your hand size As I have very small hands I have problems with most gloves out there.
Personally I use Fairtex gloves Love them fits perfectly for my small hands Realy good quality for the price.
Fairtex, Twins good quality for the price of £80-90(Many pros like to use them in training sessions )

If money is no problem go for Winnings or Everlast MX £180-300
Everlast MX is an awesome glove even for the price BUT the problem is they are laced up gloves, so you may have a problem in solo training sessions.

For sparing sessions I personally use Ringside Apex they are on the cheap side £50-60 So don't expect top quality but they give very good protection for your hand's fingers and thumbs (if you try work boxing bag with them you may not feel like they are making any dmg as they have really good TOP part protection)
