Recovery after knee procedure - advice needed

    I had the torn meniscus in my left knee repaired 8 weeks ago. Going well with the normal walking but now need to get back where I was some 10 weeks ago.
    Any advice appreciated from the experienced trainers - boxers on how to do it please.
    I am taking it cautiously eg. only 1/2 squats, no burpees, no deep squats or severe knee bending, etc. And at this stage no running either. I have started doing my regular core exercises, arms and such like and trying to do shadow boxing but the fact that I can't swivel on my left foot hampers my movement a bit. I train at home at the moment as the regular club closed for the December holidays.
