Anyone have any tips on how to shorten the recovery time between punches?

doing a quick somersault or a flip can dizzy you a bit, and then throw some punches, pivots and ducks right after. it can help you deal with getting socked in the face a bit better.

Throw a lot of punches and let your body adapt to that task?

the point is that when you get hit, you can see stars or you might be a bit dizzy. straight somersaults or any kind of quick flip will have a similar effect. so you do your somersault and then shadowbox about 15 to 20 seconds and then repeat that drill. then the dizziness will be lessened because your used to it, and you'll also be a bit more prepared to fight back immediately when you get stunned.

It's not smart that's for sure. Canceling a fight due to injury because I couldn't finish a sommersault is ****ing stupid.

Do what Fedor does, just spin around in place.

I do parkour to spice up my runs but somersaults when performing an already taxing exercise is just not for me.

sounds like el puma prefers to twirl around like a fairy instead of doing a simple somersault
