Go join a gymnastics forum then you **** infested cum stain. BTW, go tell Fedor he twirls like a fairy and let me know how that works out for ya. DURING BOXING? Yeah, I am. You are clearly taking my posts out of context since A. I do not fight anymore and B. I wouldnt do Parkour or free running to get ready for a fight. You two ignorant ****s are going to get somebody hurt if they try stupid **** ike you suggested. How many fighters do YOU know that actually do this? For ****'s sake you two are amateurs...
somersaults are really not a dangerous exercises. and why would you knock it if you never tried it. that's the definition of ignorance.
I am. Put it to a poll. I'm open to other perspectives but I still can't wrap my mind around this nonsense.
i know of three other trainers, who were ex pros, who taught their students this or some version of it. one of the students was telling me about it, so i tried it and found that it works to a certain degree. it's just to get you used to the dizziness.
:think Good concept but I prefer Fedor's way. If it works however, It can't be knocked but I can't be asked to jump around like Ryu while shadowboxing.
LOL! i have to agree unless your auditioning for somesort of martial arts film/x factor talent show it seems a bit silly, not everyone has tried sumersaults and trying one for the first time in a boxing gym and failing in either an empty or full gym is not a situation i would like to find myself in lol.
Yeah i dont mean to butt in. But it seems like spinning in circles would be just as effective. And you would conserve energy for actually TRAINING for boxing...but hell what do i know.
twirl, somersault.... as long as you can work on punching through a bit of dizziness. no right or wrong way really.
