Well he could step up to 140 win it, hold it for a few months and then say he is stepping back down to 135.

What a load of bollox, why woudlnt Warren just stick khan in with Mbaye if it was a fix!

if fact Id pick Rees to batter khan at this stage looking at each of their last fights...

I agree totally, why not stick Khan straight in there. Rees would kill khan at this stage in his career.

This applies to everything. I'm not suprised if ANY athlete is found on steroids. Sport will always have corruption but don't call something if it doesn't appear to be there.

I didn't call anything, I said it crossed my mind while watching it - that's it.

I do not think it is reasonable to cry ‘fix’ based on an unexpected victory. If we do not accept the possibility of an upset why even stage the contests in the first place? Neither is it reasonable to expect those who are not crying ‘fix’ to prove a negative.

Most bouts are plainly fair, some show signs of bias towards a favoured son, only occasionally are fights actually fixed. Of those that are controversial most involve allegations of, a boxer cheating, a poor decision, an unconscious bias or favouritism shown by a ‘home town ref or judge.

A fix implies a criminal conspiracy and is therefore a serious allegation. Because of this it is up to those making the allegation to come up with more than a tap on the nose with a forefinger. There is no case here so let the wee man have his day in the sun.
