Let's face facts, there was more real punches in the Froch fight than could ever be dreamed of in that powder puff fest, even if it was ever to happen.

Grigorian is giving some **** advice, Zbik is picking him off from the outside but Chavez clearly has a lot of weight on him and can hurt Zbik. So why is Grigorian telling him stand in front if him where Chavez can land body shots.

 

say what you want about Chavez but he has the mentality of a fighter, he may have been born with a silver spoon in his mouth but you wouldnt know it to see him fight.

Thought Froch did the required job. Nothing too fancy, but a professional job done. Took some senseless shots at times but we've come to expect that. I thought the tactics were quite questionable at the start, it was very slow going and only worked due to Johnson's age which was a weird line to take, relying on the guys age in your gameplan. Johnson seemed to just fade as Woods said he does, and TBH, he's 42 as well now which doesn't help. Froch can be quite content though to get through this one in decent shape, Johnson proved to be miles better than Arthur Abraham and the people that thought he'd be easy to tame were wrong. He did get close and walked through Froch to some extent but couldn't keep his foot on that pedal and some good bursts from Froch at times secured the victory.

Saw nothing to change my mind on SOG giving him a lesson.

 

Just noticed Roy doing commentary. Great to hear him since his horrible loss.

 

Zbik is letting Chavez flurry his gloves to show his defensive superiority...bad idea.

Chavez PTS W all over it. Zbik is going the better work...just.

Both 11-15 fighters IMO.
