Rees vs Watson II - Feb 12th

This is great news cracking fight first time round could be even better 2nd time if Watson comes to fight from the off less than a month to prepare for both though hope Rees didnt blow up too much over xmas

 

Wonder who Murray is going to fight? Is he just going to sit about doing **** all he should be fighting Rees.

 

intresting. surley another challanger deserved the shot like Limmond or McAllister?

 

not heard much from limond after his fight with morales and mcallister has been out with an injured elbow, heard he fights on 26th feb though so maybe if he comes through that then he could fight the winner.

 

totally wrong to make this fight again imo!

Good fight last time but surprised to see a rematch, way too soon for Watson another stoppage loss wont do him any favours.

 

I'd have liked Watson to get a few wins under his belts before going for a title again but can't complain. First fight was a cr*cker and hopefully this one is as well.

 

Good to see Watto getting another crack at the title. Should be another decent fight.

Any confirmation on the venue? Imagine it'll be Newport again?

 

absolutley I think he could become a british champ but needs time to do it.

to be fair Watson was coming back into it last time. i think Rees will pace himself better this time and win by UD!

 

i thought Barrie was a few rounds in front before the stoppage, but he told me the ref had him behind! re-match would be good, Cook aint getting any younger (not sure if Barrie's confidence is abit fragile tho) but has always been a value for money fighter who gives his all. to me Cook is one of the characters of welsh boxing and hope he gets a few decent paydays before he retires, he certainly deserves it.

 

Was a good fight last time but I have no interest for this fight. Rees should be moving on.
