Referee appointed for Froch-Groves 2

He would have won round 9, so if foster hadn't of stopped it it would have been very close on the score cards

 

He refereed the Pulev/Abell fight a few months ago if you want to see what his work is like.

 

The scorecards were very poor.

Rounds 5 and 8 were still competitive. Froch had not won a single round clearly coming into the ninth.

Four rounds apiece was totally unjustified and raises an eyebrow.

Regardless, all we need is a referee who allows both men to come back from the brink.

 

And who doesn't tolerate too much fouling.
