The problem is Chisora got up, so he had an intention to fight on. The round was over, the bell was going to ring. You at least give the guy a chance to wake up for a minute, see what he has when he comes back out and then make a decision.

That being said, Chisora was useless in this fight. Walking straight in, no jab at all, and he was easily able to get inside, and there he didn't do ****, but allow himself to be tied up.

I guess Haye now feels he beat the best, a guy coming off a loss to Helenius, Fury and Vitali. Whoopee.

his legs were rubber and he took 2 heavy knockdowns from powerful combos.....barely beat the count and was on extremely shaky legs......he was done for, good stoppage

So you are saying that the referee should now keep track of the time aswell, so we dont need the time keeper, and take that into perspective when he takes a decision, meaning we should now change to rules of boxing?

So thats why Haye needed a different ref huh?

Horse**** stoppage. Chisora was up, shook his head yeah, bounced a bit, brought his gloves up. FFS :patsch The round was even ****ing over.

Sure looked like Haye heard the bell too? Besides, the referee DOES NOT keep track of time, this is common knowledge so please dont use it as argument.

With 1 second of the round remaining I'd have liked Chisora given the chance to recover, if he looked shaky in the next round then call it straight away. Take nothing away from Haye, sick finisher.

Also, that ref was ****ing horrible all around. Way too involved. Fixing the fighters trunks mid fight without calling time. Wtf?

Get that **** done before the fight starts. They both had their trunks up to their tits during the final instructions

What exactly would be the point in letting the fight continue? I realize that boxing fans love to complain after every single fight, but give me a break...

Pointless nitpicking that had nothing to do with the outcome of the fight. Move on and enjoy a fight for once.

He has a minute to recover. He got up, beat the count, put his gloves up, shook his head yeah. Did he need to recite the alphabet backwards too in order to go on?

Over the two knockdowns, Chisora took at least 8 unanswered punches. This is HW boxing and Haye hits like a beast. That said, it was stopped at the end of the round, so perhaps the ref could have let Chisora start the sixth. I still think Chisora would have been finished right at the beginning of the round and take a lot more punishment in the process.

He doesn't have too, the ten second warning had sounded. Now please :hi:
If he heard the bell in the 3rd, he heard that.
