No, it's not moral. It's highly immoral and if intentional, should be considered illegal assault, as their job is to ref the fight and not be involved with a sanctioned fight. Accidents happen, a hit by accident comes in here and there and that is just that, an accident.

But a fighter intentionally hitting a referee under any circumstances should never be allowed to fight again, about as unsportsmanlike and uncouth as you can get. It's ridiculous to think that a referee has to worry about such things here and there, as professional boxers are walking lethal weapons.

That's definitely immoral. I laughed for a second because I couldn't believe he actually threw a combo on the ref like that, and I tend to laugh when I'm surprised even at things that shouldn't be funny.

Very nice head movement by that 2nd ref though. They should bring him in for Andy Lee to learn from.

Indeed. Clearly it is immoral, uncalled for, and rightfully grounds for a charge of assault. That fellow is the antithesis of a PROFESSIONAL fighter, and really more of a thug with gloves on. INTENTIONALLY hitting an old man like that is about as low as you can go in this game. Frankly, it's worse than Tyson's ear biting, imo.:yep
