No idea if a thread already exists, but I really, really like these devices. I got one on Temu, a Chinese one, I believe. Still good though, great to get a nice cardio workout. I prefer this to a heavy bag. And if you want something heavier with a mobile base, you need to check out the Everlast Omniflex. I own one, and it is very good when I want to practice heavier shots, but I do my cardio with the reflex bag. So what am I talking about? In case you are not familiar with these, I will just post a video. The benchmark for reflex bags is called the Fierce Reflex, and it is Ryan Garcia's dad who is the creator of these. I wish they delivered here, but with the tariffs and all that, they don't ship internationally anymore, sadly. One day I will own one. Favorite boxing device so far.
